Rates and Policies

		WINTER SPECIAL:
		Sunday through Thursday, stay one night and get the 2nd night FREE!! Special begins on November 15, 2009 and ends of April 29, 2010. Fridays and Saturdays are excluded. Weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are excluded.

Daily Rates:		$135 for the Cabin — Open All Year Check-in: 2:30 - 6:00 pm [Alternative check-in times are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To avoid being locked out it is necessary for you to arrange for an alternative check-in time 48 hours prior to your arrival date.]

Cancellation Policy:
For a reservation of 4 days or less we require a one night's deposit. For a 5-day or more stay we require a deposit of 1/3 of the total due. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date your deposit will be refunded ONLY if we are able to fill ALL of your cancelled time.

Please Note: Forfeited deposits can not be applied to future visits.

Pet Note:
We welcome well behaved pets at Braeside and do not require a deposit for your pet. We do not have an extra nightly charge for pets but do hold pet owners responsible for any "pet redecorating problems". It is not necessary to confine pets to crates when left alone in the cabin, but, again - owners are responsible for any damage. Please bring your crates if you think it is necessary. We do have coyotes and owls in the area so please be prepared to keep your pets leashed and safe on the property.
